Ticket Cancellation & Use Policy

This policy applies to ticket purchases, admissions, timed entry, cancellation, rescheduling, and visitor use rules for The Last Prophecy immersive experience once tickets become available. Presale registration alone is not a ticket purchase and does not guarantee admission.

Ticketing Partner

Tickets may be sold, issued, processed, or administered through a third-party ticketing partner. Ticket purchases, payment processing, delivery, transfers, and account support may be governed by that partner's terms, privacy policy, fees, and platform rules.

All Sales Final

Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, ticket sales are final and may be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets may be subject to timed entry, capacity limits, security screening, and venue rules.

Arrival and Entry

Visitors must arrive during the entry window listed on their ticket or confirmation. Late arrival, no-show, intoxication, unsafe conduct, violation of venue rules, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in denied entry or removal without refund where permitted by law.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled, postponed, delayed, modified, or rescheduled, available remedies will be determined by The Last Prophecy, the ticketing partner, the venue, and applicable law. A ticket may remain valid for a rescheduled date or time.

Experience Changes

The event structure, room sequence, installations, technology, duration, artists, performers, food or vendor offerings, and other creative or operational elements may change without creating a right to refund unless required by law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, closures, or changes caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, fire, power loss, labor disputes, health emergencies, government orders, venue issues, security concerns, or technical failures.
