These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of thelastprophecy.com, presale registration forms, communications, and any future ticketing, admission, or attendance services connected to The Last Prophecy immersive Seerah experience. The experience is presented by Your ID, Inc. with project partners and service providers.

By using this website, joining a presale list, purchasing a ticket when ticketing becomes available, or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Presale Registration

Presale registration does not guarantee ticket availability, pricing, seat selection, admission, or access to a specific date or time. We may contact registrants with preview updates, launch information, ticket windows, group visit opportunities, and partner announcements.

Event Services

The Last Prophecy may include projection mapping, spatial audio, scent design, lighting effects, interactive installations, timed entry, guided movement, and other immersive elements. Event details, room sequence, duration, venue, pricing, programming, and operational features may change without notice.

Visitor Responsibilities

• Follow all posted instructions, staff guidance, venue rules, and safety procedures.
• Do not misuse, remove, alter, or damage experience technology, props, equipment, displays, or facilities.
• Do not interfere with other visitors, staff, venue operations, or the experience flow.
• Supervise minors at all times and ensure they follow these Terms.

Assumption of Risk

Immersive attractions may involve low lighting, loud audio, special effects, crowd movement, confined pathways, projection, fragrance, and sensory stimulation. By attending, you voluntarily assume risks associated with participation except where prohibited by law.

Media

Events may be photographed or recorded for operational, archival, promotional, or marketing purposes. By entering an event area, you consent to the use of your likeness in such media unless prohibited by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Ticketing, payment, email, analytics, venue, and fulfillment services may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party platforms except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Last Prophecy, Your ID, Inc., affiliates, partners, contractors, suppliers, venue operators, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from website use, presale registration, ticketing, or event attendance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
